Government-issued photo ID
A valid driver's license, state ID, or passport so we can verify your identity.
Social Security card
Used to confirm your identity and match your file across the three bureaus.
Recent credit reports (all three bureaus)
Current reports from TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian — ideally pulled within the last 30 days. You can download them free at AnnualCreditReport.com.
Collection & creditor letters
Any recent correspondence from collection agencies, creditors, or the bureaus, including validation notices and dispute responses.
Previously sent dispute letters
Copies of any dispute letters you've already mailed or submitted, along with certified-mail receipts if you have them.
Proof of address
A recent utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement showing your current residential address.
Statements for disputed accounts
Recent account statements for any specific accounts you plan to discuss or dispute during the consultation.
Identity-theft documentation (if applicable)
If your concern involves identity theft, bring the FTC Identity Theft Report and any filed police report.
Business formation documents (if applicable)
If your consultation covers business credit, have your EIN confirmation letter, articles of organization, and any D-U-N-S number on hand.
